| REGISTRATION: Our dogs are registered with one or more Registry's. AKC (American Kennel Club), CKC Continental Kennel Club) & APR (America's Pet Registry). If this dog is registered & will come with appropriate papers. Seller will assist Buyer in filling out these papers. Seller will provide support for the dog and Buyer as needed. All pet puppies must be Spayed/Neutered without exception and registration papers will be limited and not provided until proof is sent to the Seller from the Buyer's veterinarian. DISPOSAL OF THIS DOG: If the buyer cannot care for, afford or any other reason that may be used for giving/selling or disposing of this said dog the Buyer agreesto give the Seller the FIRST opportunity to take back the puppy. |
| HEALTH GUARANTEE: HEALTH: Seller states that to the best of her knowledge, the puppy being purchased herein is in sound body and good health. This puppy’s immunizations are up to date and has been vaccinated against communicable disease but it is not guaranteed that it has built immunity to said diseases. This puppy has been dewormed at regular intervals for parasites. Buyer agrees to maintain the health & up keep of the puppy by following the procedures & advice of their veterinarian, including keeping well-check-up visits, shots, worming, oral hygiene and daily vitamin supplements up to date. Buyer must provide proof of said upkeep by producing records and receipts of continuous care of the dog. Buyer has 3 business days from the possession of the puppy to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a well-check-up at Buyer’s expense to activate the “Health Guarantee”. If the puppy is found to have any congenital or heredity defect (eyes, heart, lungs, kidneys), which would make it unsuitable for a pet. Seller agrees to provide similar puppy agreeable to Seller or refund Buyer’s money if a similar puppy is not available. Buyer understands that open fontal, under/over bites and umbilical hernias are suitable for pet dogs but would qualify as unacceptable for breeding dogs. Buyer must immediately return the puppy, registration papers, and everything that was provided from the Seller along with written documentation from Buyer’s veterinarian as to the nature of the defect. Once the defect is confirmed by Seller’s veterinarian, the Seller has 30 days to refund the price of the puppy to the Buyer or replace with a similar puppy if available. If the puppy should die within one year of the date of this contract, the Buyer agrees to immediately take the dog to a veterinarian for an autopsy to determine the cause of death at the Buyers expenses. As an injury, accident, or an illness caused by the Buyer along with non-life threatening health issues including but not limited to worms, parasites, Coccidia, Giardia, and Hypoglycemia are common in young toy breed dogs and are controllable and preventable. Such health conditions will not be included within the “Health Guarantee“. If the dog dies from a congenital or hereditary defect then the autopsy fees and 50% of the price of the puppy would be covered by the Seller. An autopsy report must be provided to the Seller to received a refund. Seller does not guarantee the size, color breeding or show potential of any dog. |

Air Shipping Our fee for Air Shipping is $250. Shipping costs include the airline ticket, cost of the crate, a vet issued certificate health, an acclimation certificate signed by a veterinarian, cost of puppy's health check, food/water dish, treats, blanket/towel, toy, food, registration papers, and more. We ship using Continental & Delta airlines as they offer the pampering of a temperature controlled environment for puppy during travel. Although we are confident and comfortable with shipping puppies, we will not ship a puppy under 10 weeks of age, or less than two pounds in weight. No exceptions! As for shipping in the extreme temperatures We will not ship a puppy Cargo when it is less than 32 degrees or higher than 85 degrees. No Exceptions! Puppies can ship by Air with Continental Airlines when weather is extreme BUT there is additional fees as the closest Airport to us is CHICAGO (3 hrs one way). It can sometimes be affordable to fly round trip in a single day & take the puppy as a carry on in the cabin with you. Air Tran & Allegiant airlines offer great rates from time to time (mostly weekday round trip flights) and it is $50 - $65 for the puppy ticket. Puppy Bus Shipping We are currently looking for additional over the road shippers as this Company is no longer operating. We have found a wonderful ground shipping option. Christians Transport co. The Puppy bus is a safe and well cared for operation. They charge by the distance so prices vary. Please check out their website for more information & charges.
